If you feel that a surgeon is overcharging, then try to assess the reason behind it whether it is due to his/her expertise in performing the operation or some other reason. This will help you arrive at the right conclusion if it is worth going for a particular plastic surgery and if the doctor you have chosen can be trusted or not.
